Art is another powerful form of medicine, where we can breathe life into our inner creativity, channel our pain constructively, and bridge the gap between inner and outer worlds.

My creativity and my healing are intrinsically linked. Art is yet another form of Embodied Living, for it is through our creations that we find our core and discover our truth.

There’s no question that your path is yours to walk and you have no idea where it will lead. While the work I do now seems like it couldn’t be farther from where I began, the truth is that where I was directly informs where I am now.

My background in theatre, voiceover and dance is so deeply ingrained in who I am today, that it has allowed me to navigate anything and everything else in life with greater ease and presence. I also have a depth of understanding and empathy for those in pain who simply need the proper outlet and balance in order to heal.

I love working with clients who are like me in this way, and I believe that we are living in such a crazy world that it’s only natural to sometimes need a “louder” outlet to process and make sense of it all. Performing has helped me drop more deeply into myself, embody my being and connect to my essence. When I create from this loving intention, the energy is always transformative and deeply healing for my body.

While I’ve stepped away from most of this as work, the performing arts are still threaded into the fibers of my being. I love to share my voice through song, dance and sometimes voiceover.

Here’s a taste. Enjoy!
